The structural steel frame offers superior strength while the Flo-Coat finish protects it from rust. The 6 top-rails are constructed from 13 gauge steel 1.66 in diameter. The 6 one-piece legs are 15 gauge and attach solidly to the top-rails providing added stability.. The cage is sewn into the mat to create an integrated system that allows the cage to move with the mat so that there are never any openings between the cage and the mat where a child might get their hands or feet caught thus preventing any chance of significant injury. .
